The VERLINE series is completed by a fourth size.
The standard version with a 60,000N capacity  can be equipped with a ball screw, lead of 40, enabling high speeds of moving.
The strength version with a 100,000N capacity is made by the combination of a satellite roller screw and a strengthened bloc with a combined bearing, ZARN ref.

MLK 35

A third size in the MLK series is now available.
The extruded with a section of 145x145mm includes 2 high capacity carriages and a ball screw Ø 40mm.

To extend the existing range (size 140, 165 and 200), the size 230 is now available. It is driven by a 3,680N linear motor. We can reach these performances:

Speed: 5m/s
Acceleration: 50m/s²
Accuracy: 1µm

Rotating axis with linear motion.
The compact system (2 motions) has mainly been designed for positioning operations, embedding systems...
The linear axis is equipped with 2 profile rail guides and 4 carriages and with ball screw drive. The possible force is 1,000N with a precision accuracy of 2/100mm.
The 360° rotating axis is with a hollow shaft for additional supply. The epicycloidal gear brings the maximum accuracy and improves the inertia ratio. The system is equipped with 2 brushless motors and home/end switches.
The sealing of both axes (without bellows) enables the Z/Rotation table to be set up in difficult environments (pharmaceutics, food industry…). The robustness of this product is compatible with difficult applications of embedding for example.
