Kinetic Systems has chosen mass solutions based on strong section of extruded aluminium profile. Therefore our products are stiff and have a high rigidity. The end blocs are directly machined in the aluminium profile. Therefore we have a monobloc unit which will not react to the tilting moment due to the weight of the gear/motor. The integrated components are embedded for better moments on each side. |

Regarding the modules with roller guide, the rollers are pre-loaded without clearance nor eccentric. The belts are very large with the guided parts to increase the capacities and the safety. The belt tension is made with a direct access.
